DESCRIPTION:\nPepper ball recertification is a mandatory training for law e
 nforcement officers and security personnel who carry the non-lethal Pepper
 Ball system.\n\nThis course ensures continued competency in the system's s
 afe and effective operation\, maintenance\, and deployment for de-escalati
 on and conflict resolution.Recertification courses are offered by PepperBa
 ll or affiliated training centers and are often required to maintain profi
 ciency and renewal of agency authorization for using the system.\n\nThis c
 ourse also teaches the basic theories for the application of O/C in a Resp
 onse to Resistance situation.\n\nDiscussions involve the advantages and di
