 ity of Hutto is planning a critical infrastructure project near the Riverw
 alk community: the Brushy Creek Wastewater Interceptor Phase 4. This proje
 ct is part of our ongoing efforts to improve wastewater capacity and relia
 bility in the growing Brushy Creek area.\n\nProject Overview:\nThe Brushy 
 Creek Wastewater Interceptor Phase 4 will install a 42- to 48-inch gravity
  sewer line to support future wastewater flows that will exceed the capaci
 ty of the existing Enclave Lift Station. The new interceptor will generall
 y follow Brushy Creek\, extending from the Enclave Lift Station to a downs
 tream connection point. Once complete\, the existing Enclave Lift Station 
 will be decommissioned.\n\nProject Timeline (Estimated):\n\n- Construction
  Start: January 23\, 2026\n- Substantial Completion: October 30\, 2026\n- 
 Final Completion: March 12\, 2027\n\nPlease note that these dates are tent
