Hutto City Hall and the Hutto Public Library are closed.
The Library Advisory Board makes recommendations to the City Council concerning planning, development, and operation of the City Library. The Board participates in short-term, long-term, and strategic planning alongside library management. In addition, they assist in preparing grants for the Library.
