Kick off the summer with the City of Hutto’s Community Services Division at the annual Sunset Block Party Bash and Community Connections Resource Fair! Join Hutto Parks and Recreation and the Community & Culture Department at the Hutto Co-Op District on Friday, May 22, 2026, starting at 6:00 PM for an evening of music, connection, and community spirit—featuring live entertainment on the Town Green and meaningful community engagement inside The Gin Building.
Enjoy live music from Mopac Traffic Jam on the Town Green, food from local restaurants, and plenty of kids' activities such as face painting, a caricature artist, and a photo booth!
As part of this year’s celebration, the Community Connections Resource Fair will take place inside The Gin Building from 6:00–8:30 PM, bringing together local nonprofits, service organizations, and community partners dedicated to supporting and uplifting the Hutto community. Stop by to discover valuable resources, connect with organizations making a difference, and find new ways to get involved. Hutto’s American Legion Post 302 will lead a special remembrance ceremony for our fallen service members. To include a loved one in this tribute, please click "Participate" above and fill out the form. Please ensure their name, rank, and branch are provided, as well as a photo if you'd like to add one. Deadline to fill this form out is Wednesday, May 20.
We are also collecting care package items for our deployed service members. Please bring powdered drink mixes, beef jerky, dried fruit, or non-melting candy to the City of Hutto booth. Let’s show our support together!
