A Matter of Balance classes will be offered in partnership with Hutto Public Library at Hutto Discovery United Methodist Church's Discovery Center. This free program is designed to benefit older adults, age 60+, who are concerned about falls. The course includes eight (8) sessions that are two hours in length. Class size is limited to 8-12 individuals.
Pre-requisite: Class is for adults, 60+ years old.
Class Dates: Fridays: November 7, 14, 21; December 5, 12, 19; and January 2, 9.
